Microsoft Excel Export/Import utility for partner information
You can export and import partner information to and from UltraTax CS/1065 and a Microsoft Excel workbook.
When you export partner information from UltraTax CS/1065, the
Excel Export/Import
utility creates Excel worksheets for partner information, profit transfers, loss transfers, and capital transfers (from the Partner Information
, Allocations
, and Changes of Ownership
windows in Partner Data Entry
) as follows:- 1065 Spreadsheet: This worksheet contains columns for partner demographic data and other information, profit sharing percentage, loss sharing percentage, ownership capital percentage, ownership capital amount, and special allocations.
- Profit Transfers: This worksheet contains columns for changes in partner profit sharing percentages or units of ownership by date.
- Loss Transfers: This worksheet contains columns for changes in partner loss sharing percentages or units of ownership by date.
- Capital Transfers: This worksheet contains columns for changes in partner ownership capital percentages or units of ownership by date.
This table identifies the UltraTax CS/1065 spreadsheet information that exports to Excel and the Excel worksheet that contains the corresponding information for import into UltraTax CS/1065.
