Print partner information reports

Do the following to print partner information reports:
  1. Select
    View
    , then
    Partner Information
     to open
    Partner Data Entry
    .
  2. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Reports
     from the
    Partner Data Entry
     menu.
  3. To print the report to FileCabinet CS and also to your printer, mark the
    FileCabinet CS
     checkbox. Note that this checkbox is only available if you have a licensed copy of FileCabinet CS installed.
  4. To print the report only to FileCabinet CS, clear the
    Printer
     checkbox.
  5. In the
    Print what
     section, select the report you want to print and select the checkbox for the options you want (for example, print blank reports and continuous).
    note
    For the
    Prorated Percentage Computation
     report and the
    Transfers of Capital Computation
     report, mark the
    Continuous
     checkbox to print continuous calculations on a page. If you don't select this checkbox, UltraTax CS prints information for each partner on a separate page.
  6. Select
    Partners
     to choose which partners to include in the report. By default, UltraTax CS includes all partners.
  7. To print more than one copy, select the number of copies you want in the
    Copies
     field.
  8. Select
    Print
    . If you're printing only to FileCabinet CS, select
    To Cabinet
    .
