window, select Sort Partners
in the toolbar, or select Tasks

in the Partner Data Entry

Item group box
Partner names
Select this option to sort the partners by the partners' last names.
Partner numbers
Select this option to sort the partners by partner number. This option is available only if you use custom partner numbers.

To enter custom partner numbers, select
Setup
, then Custom Partner Numbers

Select this option to sort the partners by the selected special allocation from the
Allocations
window. When you select this option, the dropdown list for Column
is turned on. Select the allocation column from the dropdown list.Method group box
Ascending
Select this option to sort the partners in ascending order (that is, A through Z or lowest number through highest number).
The partners are sorted by the option selected in the
Item
group box using the method selected in this group box.Descending
Select this option to sort the partners in descending order (that is, Z through A or highest number through lowest number).
