Screen History - Tax Return History (1065)

note
  • The charts aren't visible on the Tax Return History Report in Form view. The report will need to be printed to see the charts.
  • To view the charts of the key figures on the
    Home Page
    , select the
    Client Profiles
     link, select the
    Details
     link of the client, then select the
    Return History
     link. The client will need to have been printed for the
    Return History
     link to display.
  • You can print charts as bar charts or line charts, change the figures represented in the charts, or not select a chart. Select
    Setup
    , then
    1065 Partnership
    ,
    Other Return Options
    ,
    Other
    , and select
    Chart Options
     to open the Tax Return History Chart Options window, where you can modify the Tax Return History chart presentation.
You can include a custom paragraph in the transmittal letter to describe this report. To select this custom paragraph on a client basis, select custom paragraph
Tax Return History Report (TL)
 from one of the
Description
 dropdown lists in the
Letter
 screen. To select this custom paragraph to print for all clients, select
Setup
, then
1065 Partnership
. Select
Letters & Emails
 in the
Federal
 tab, select the
Custom Paragraphs
 tab, and mark the
Tax Return History (TL)
 checkbox.
