General Information
Suppress Alaska electronic file when filing federal return electronically
Use this box to suppress only the Alaska electronic file when filing the federal return electronically. The Alaska electronic file can also be suppressed in the federal ELF screen, if there are multiple states attached that accept electronic returns and UltraTax CS should not create any state electronic files.
If no state electronic files should be created for any client there is a global federal setting for new clients, available in the Other tab in the New Client dialog. To open this window, select

.Business Representative Information
UltraTax CS defaults the business representative to the name of person signing returns on federal Form 1065. Use this section if the federal return is not being filed electronically or if the Alaska business representative is different. Alaska requires both a first and last name.
