Print Form 3522 with the extension
You can print Form 3522 with the extension.
Select
File
, then Print extensions
to automatically print it. You can suppress printing the form by selecting the
Form 3522 printed with extension
option on the CALPmt
screen, located in the Payments
folder. The system automatically selects this option after you print the extensions to prevent Form 3522 from printing later.
