General Information
Suppress California return and extension electronic file when filing federal return electronically
Use this box to suppress the California electronic file when filing the federal return electronically. This feature is also found in the federal ELF screen. If used in the federal screen, and if there are multiple states attached that accept electronic returns, UltraTax CS does not create any electronic state files. This feature is also a global federal setting for new clients, available in the New Client window. Select

Enter the date Form 8453 is signed by the partnership representative. If this is blank, UltraTax CS uses the signature date of partner signing the return in the federal ELF for Form 8453 and as the date signed in the California electronic file. Enter a date if the federal return isn't being filed electronically or the California signature date is different than the federal.

Enter a date if the federal return isn't being filed electronically or the California signature date is different than the default.

Enter a withdrawal payment date to authorize automatic funds withdrawal payment in the 1065 California electronic file for the amount of the return’s balance due. If this is blank, UltraTax CS won't create the funds withdrawal for the electronic file.
Amount of tax payment (Force)
Enter an amount if only a partial payment of the return balance due is being made through electronic funds withdrawal. If this box is blank, UltraTax CS uses the total balance due on the return for the electronic funds withdrawal amount.
Extension Information
Requested payment date for extension
Enter a withdrawal payment date to authorize automatic funds withdrawal payment in the 1065 California electronic file for the amount of the extension’s balance due. If this box is blank, UltraTax CS won't create the funds withdrawal for the electronic file.
Estimates
Electronic funds withdrawal for annual tax and estimated fee
This box is required to create the funds withdrawal for the electronic file for Form 3522 and Form 3536.
