E-filing returns
Forms included in the e-file
The Kentucky Department of Revenue and UltraTax CS support electronic filing for the following types of partnership returns:
- Calendar year returns
- Fiscal year returns
- Short year returns
- Amended returns
- Extensions of Form 765 and 765-GP
Kentucky DOR does support PDF attachments.
Forms not supported for e-filing
The Kentucky DOR doesn’t support electronic filing for the following:
- Estimates
- Withholding return and extension
- Composite return and extension
Payment methods
Kentucky DOR supports EFW and EFT for balance due returns but doesn’t support direct deposit of refunds.
