Section 108(i) Federal Deferred Information
Under IRC section 108(i), a partnership can elect to defer income and deductions attributable to cancellation of debt transactions in 2009 and 2010. UltraTax CS automatically uses the deferred amounts entered in UltraTax CS as the default amounts included in Federal Taxable income on Form E-234, Page 1 and 2.
