The North Carolina Department of Revenue and UltraTax CS support electronic filing of the following forms:
- Calendar year returns
- Fiscal year returns
- Short year returns
- Amended returns
- Extensions
Forms not supported for e-filing
The North Carolina Department of Revenue does not accept electronic filing of Estimates.
Payment methods
North Carolina DOR accepts direct debit (EFW) and payments by check with Form D-403V for balance due returns. Credit card payments can also be made on online.
