Use this screen to complete electronic filing information for Forms: IT 1140, IT 4708, and IT 4738 when the entity has received Ohio IT K-1. If the partnership has received more than one Form Ohio It K-1, enter the information in additional units of this screen. All fields entered are only used for electronic filing purposes.
