For Schedule B, line 1, Net income (loss) as properly reported to the federal government, the application transfers the net income (loss) from Form 1065, Page 5, Analysis of Net Income (Loss). Enter an amount in this box to override the calculated amount.

The application transfers the taxes entered in the federal Inc, F-2, 4835-2, and Rent screens to the statement. Use the type codes listed in the fieldview and in the following table to classify the amounts as taxes based on income or other types of taxes. Items classified as taxes based on income are included on Form BIRT, Schedule A, line 1.
