ELF rejection rule STATE-903

Rule STATE-903: Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) in the State Submission Manifest must be approved and present in the e-File database.

This rejection is caused by an improper EFIN in the e-file.

Make sure you've entered your EFIN correctly. Follow these steps to verify this:

Select Setup

Select Office Configuration
.

Select the e-filing
tab.

From here, verify you've entered an EFIN and that it's correct. If everything's correct, you'll need to contact the state that rejected your e-fil.
