F1120-149 e-file error

If Form 1120, Schedule K Line 7 has a choice of 'Yes' indicated, then Line 7b must have a value. (rule F1120-149).
This error happens when there is either missing or incorrect data entry for the Schedule K.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Form View
     and open the
    Form 1120
    .
  2. Review the
    Schedule K
    . If line 7a has a percentage owned, and line 7b is blank:
    1. Go to
      Input View
      .
    2. Open the
      General input
       folder.
    3. Open the
      OthInfoC
       screen.
    4. Complete the
      Owner's country code
       field.
