DBValidation: /ReturnState/ReturnDataState/FormAnnualReport/CorpNumber: NJ Corp Number missing/invalid (rule 940010).

This error happens when A New Jersey corporation number used in the return is invalid according to the state.

Open the New Jersey
input.

Select the General
folder.

Select the Gen
tab.

Check the New Jersey corporation number
field for errors.

If it's wrong, correct it, then recreate and retransmit the e-file.

If the field is correct, contact the New Jersey taxing agency or paper-file the return.
