PA-COP0-004 e-file error
Incorrect Data: //ReturnState/ReturnDataState/FormCOPNPT/NptHeaderInfo/AccountId: ACCOUNT ID NOT FOUND FOR ACCOUNT 3 (value #########, rule COP0-004).
This error happens when the Account ID on file doesn’t match the ID entered for this return.
Solution
- Open thePennsylvania inputview.
- Select thePhiladelphiafolder and open thePHLBRTtab.
- Check theCity account numberfield for errors.
- If it is incorrect, fix it. Then recreate and resubmit the return.
- If this field is correct, contact thePennsylvania DOR.
