Print Form 1120, Page 5 - Schedules L, M-1 and M-2
You don't need to complete Schedules L, M-1, and M-2 for C Corporations if total receipts for the year and year-end assets equal less than $250,000.
To change the settings of Form 1120, Page 5, select
Setup
, 1120 Corporation
, Federal
, then Other Return Options

To set these options on an individual client basis, select the Balance folder and mark the
Complete Schedule XXX when not required
checkbox on the L
screen and the Mc
screen. This checkbox isn't available if you complete the previous steps to mark the checkbox globally.
