Print Schedule M-3
Schedule M-3 will print if any of the following are true:
- Total assets at the end of the year equal more than $10 million.
- You enter data on the M3, M3-2, M3-3, or 8916A screen in the Balance folder. This also applies to S Corp M-3 input screens.
- You mark theMember of a consolidated return required to file Schedule M-3checkbox on theM3screen in the Balance folder.

If you enter data on any of the M3 input screens and the total assets at the end of the year equal less than $10 million, UltraTax CS assumes that you want to file Schedule M-3 voluntarily. Schedule M-3 will then print instead of Schedule M-1.
