Suppress the printing of Form 1120 or 1120-C, Page 6
Follow these steps to suppress the printing of Form 1120 or 1120-C, Page 6 when total receipts for the year and year-end assets equal less than $250,000.
note
If you don't follow these steps, UltraTax CS continues to print Form 1120, Page 6 or 1120-C, Page 5, even if receipts and assets total less than $250,000 and Schedules L, M-1, and M-2, aren't calculating.
- SelectSetup, then1120 Corporation.
- Select theFederaltab, thenOther Return Options.
- Select theReturn Presentationtab and mark theSuppress printing of Form 1120, Page 6 when receipts and assets are less than $250,000 (C Corp)checkbox.noteTo set this option on an individual client basis, mark theSuppress printing Form 1120, Page 6 when not requiredfield on theMcscreen in the Balance Sheet folder. The field in theMcscreen isn't available if you mark the respective checkbox in theSetup,1120 Corporation, theFederaltab,Other Return Options, theReturn Presentationtab.
