Calculations when there is negative basis
UltraTax CS will compute a negative basis if there are amounts entered under
View
, Shareholder Information
, then Shareholder Basis
in the Other decreases
field (on either the Stock
or Loan
tab) that are greater than the basis. UltraTax CS isn't able to limit the basis to zero if there are amounts entered in these fields that are greater than the basis.
