Enter NOL carryover subject to IRC 382 limitation
You can enter the net operating loss carryover that's subject to Internal Revenue Code 382 limitation.
- Go to the382 NOLfolder, then select382NOL.
- Enter the amount in theNOL Subject to IRC 382 Limitationcolumn. This should be a negative number.noteNet operating losses in theCarryoversfolder are restricted based on the annual limit under Section 382.
