To truncate the officer social security numbers on Form 1125-E follow the steps below.
- SelectSetupthen1120 Corporation.
- Select theFederaltab then selectOther Return Options.
- Select theReturn Presentationtab.
- On the Return Presentation tab, mark theTruncate officer SSNs on Form 1125-Echeckbox.When you mark this checkbox, UltraTax CS/1120 displays the last 4 digits of the officer social security number on Form 1125-E for all corporate clients.
