Enter Section 199A amounts if a shareholder has left
If a shareholder left in the middle of the year and received a portion of the Section 199A amounts, you need to enter the termination date and Section 199A amounts.

UltraTax CS doesn't print the Shareholder's Section 199A Information Worksheet for the shareholder. A Schedule K-1 statement prints with the totals of the Section 199A items for all the activities. You need to indicate whether the shareholder is a specified service trade or business.
- Select theScreen 1377-4window, thenShr Allocationfolder.
- Enter the termination date for the IRC 1377 or 1368.
- Go toView,Shareholder Information,Other Infotab,Supplemental informationwindow.
- SelectView,Shareholder Information,Other Infotab.
- Indicate whether the activity is a specified service.
