Print the Qualified Property report
For the Qualified Property report to print with the return, at least 1 activity needs to be marked as qualified in the activity's
Asset
tab. If you get an error, you have to clear it before you can print the report.- Go to the activity'sAssettab in theSetup,Activitywindow.
- Be sure that theQualifies as trade or business for Section 199Afield shows at least 1 activity.
- To clear this diagnostic and print the Qualified Property report, go to the activity with qualified property assets, then move to theAssettab.
- Go toSetup, thenActivity, and answerYesfor theQualifies as trade or business for Section 199Afield.
