Special information for processing New Jersey returns
UltraTax CS gives predefined statement windows for factor components needing detail information. UltraTax CS uses the information you enter in the statement windows in the Everywhere column on the form for that component. UltraTax CS ignores amounts from the Everywhere / (Override) column for that component.

UltraTax CS uses the information you enter in this group box to complete form fields and answer questions that are not addressed in the Apportionment spreadsheet.
Royalties for patents and copyrights used in NJ
Enter the amount of royalties for the use in New Jersey of patents and copyrights. UltraTax CS transfers this amount to Schedule J and subtracts the amount from the total royalties entered on the Apportionment spreadsheet to be included in Schedule J.

UltraTax CS uses this information for Schedule J apportionment when entered.
