Enter the fair market value for each class type. The amount entered in the

Adjusted grossed-up basis or aggregate deemed sale price

field is automatically allocated to the various classes of assets, based on the fair market value entered for each class type. Enter an amount in the

Class VI and VII AGUB allocation (Force)

field to override the amount automatically allocated to Class VI and VII assets.
