Statement of Assets Transferred

Original statement of assets transferred
Enter the fair market value for each class type. The amount entered in the
Adjusted grossed-up basis or aggregate deemed sale price
 field is automatically allocated to the various classes of assets, based on the fair market value entered for each class type. Enter an amount in the
Class VI and VII AGUB allocation (Force)
 field to override the amount automatically allocated to Class VI and VII assets.

 fields. Enter an amount in the

 field in the 8883 screen to determine the increase or decrease in the adjusted grossed-up basis or aggregate deemed sales price.

Class I - VII Allocation of Sales Price As Previously Reported
If you enter

 field, the allocated amount of adjusted grossed-up basis or aggregate deemed sales price transfers to these fields. If the information on Form 8883 has changed since filed, enter the original amount in these fields. In order to calculate Form 8883, Page 2, Part IV, the amount entered in the
Adjusted grossed-up basis/Aggregate deemed sales price
 field in the 8883 screen is allocated based upon the amounts entered in these fields. Enter an amount in the
Class VI and VII redetermined allocation of sale price (Force)
 field to override the amount automatically allocated to Class VI and Class VII assets.
