Address Information
Treat mailing address on the 1120 screen as
The code options in this field instruct UltraTax/1120 how to treat the mailing address in the 1120 screen. Enter one of the options listed in the following table or select it from the fieldview.

1 | New mailing address. Use this option if the mailing address in the 1120 screen is the new mailing address. Complete the fields for old mailing address in this screen and leave the fields for new mailing address blank. |
2 | Old mailing address. Use this option if the mailing address in the 1120 screen is the old mailing address. Complete the fields for new mailing address in this screen and leave the fields for old mailing address blank. |
3 | New business location. Use this option if the mailing address in the 1120 screen is the new business location. Leave the fields for new business location in this screen blank. |
4 | New mailing address and new business location. Use this option if the mailing address in the 1120 screen is both the new mailing address and the new business location. Complete the fields for old mailing address in this screen and leave the fields for new mailing address and new business location blank. |
Form 8822-B service center
The appropriate service center where Form 8822-B should be mailed is determined. Based on the state postal code from the old mailing address entered in this screen or the 1120 screen.

If a postal code is not entered in the 1120 screen, 8822B screen, or a service center is not entered in this field, a service center address does not print in the Form 8822-B filing instructions.
Old mailing address
Complete these fields if you have entered the new mailing address in the 1120 screen. If the old mailing address is entered in the 1120 screen, then leave these fields blank.
New mailing address
Complete these fields if you have entered the old mailing address in the 1120 screen. If the new mailing address is entered in the 1120 screen, then leave these fields blank.
New business location
Complete these fields to report a new business location if it is different from the mailing address in the 1120 screen. If your business location has changed and the new mailing address is entered in the 1120 screen, then leave these fields blank.
New responsible party name
Complete this field if you have entered the officer name in the Contact screen as the old responsible party. If the officer name entered in the Contact screen is the new responsible party, then leave this field blank.
Title of owner, officer or representative
Enter the title of the owner, officer, or representative of the person signing the form. If this field is blank, the
Officer title
field in the Contact screen is used.
