Overview
Use this screen to suppress certain eSignature documents from being sent to your client. Use this screen only if you have enabled eSignature in the Setup, Office Configuration, then eSignature tab. An eSignature envelope is automatically generated for the following items:
- Form 8453-C, E-file Declaration for Form 1120
- Form 8453-S, E-file Declaration for Form 1120-S
- Form 8878-A, IRS e-file Electronic Funds Withdrawal Authorization for Form 7004 for Form 1120
- Form 8878-A, IRS e-file Electronic Funds Withdrawal Authorization for Form 7004 for Form 1120-S
- Form 8879-C, E-file Authorization for Form 1120
- Form 8879-S, E-file Authorization for Form 1120-S
- Form 114a, Record of Authorization to Electronically File FBARs
- Engagement Letter
- Consent to Disclose and Use Tax Information
- Bank Account Verification Worksheet
eSignature - Suppression
Use this section to suppress any of the listed items from being sent with the envelope for electronic signatures. These items are automatically marked to suppress after your client has successfully completed the eSignature process.
