Overview
Enter each entity involved in the reportable transaction in a separate the 8886-2 Screen.
Entity Involved in Transaction
Unit
Select the reportable transaction that the entity was involved in from the fieldview. Each entity involved in the reportable transaction should be entered on a separate unit of the 8886-2 Screen.
Name of reportable transaction
The application automatically updates the name of the reportable transaction once a unit has been selected. The name of the reportable transaction in this screen must match one of the reportable transactions entered in the 8886 Screen.
