Screen StmtC2 - Forced Statement Items, Page 2 (1120)

The StmtC1, StmtC2, StmtC3, and StmtC4 Screens consist of all calculated statement items that the application automatically includes in the printed statements. If you want to change the items that transfer to a statement, you can enter zero to delete the item, or enter a different amount.
