Screen StmtS2 - Forced Statement Items, Page 2 (1120)

This screen and screens StmtS1, StmtS3, and StmtS4 consist of all calculated statement items that the application automatically includes in the printed statements. If you want to change the items that transfer to a statement, you can enter zero to delete an item, or enter a different amount.
