This screen cannot be used in consolidated returns. Enter data in the parent and subsidiary return(s) instead.
Related Party Information
US identifying number
If the related party does not have a US identifying number, enter
Applied For
or ForeignUS
. This field is required for electronic filing.Reference ID number
If you entered
Applied For
or ForeignUS
in the US identifying number
field, you must also enter a reference ID number in this field, which is a number the taxpayer assigns to identify the foreign corporation. Refer to Form 5472 instructions for more information.
