 screen to select states to transfer original information when filing an amended federal return and also amending the state return(s).
Enter
X
 in
Transfer original information
 on the federal
Amend
 screen in the Separate Filings folder before you change the federal return.
note
You must have at least 1 state attached to the client's return to open this screen.

Select states to transfer original information
All states for which you can file amended returns and that are attached to the return are listed in this screen. Mark the checkbox for each state you want to amend. When you select

, UltraTax CS enters an

Transfer original information
 in the state’s specific
Amend
 screen.
Mark All

 to mark the checkboxes for all states listed in this screen.
Unmark All button

Unmark All
 to clear the checkboxes for all states listed in the screen.
