Use the fields in this window to enter apportionment information for banking corporations required to file Form NYC-1. UltraTax/1120 transfers the amounts to Forms NYC-1, Schedule G, Part 1.

To enter apportionment information for aviation and operating vessel corporations, select the New York state
of the Apportionment Information window, MTA, NYC
, the New York City
tab in the MTA, NYC window, then ENI Allocation
in the New York City
tab.

Fields & buttons

General information group box

Are you a banking corporation described in Administrative Code section 11-640(a)(9)?

Enter 1
if the corporation is a banking corporation described in Tax Law section 1452(2)(9). UltraTax CS marks the related Yes
checkbox on the form. Otherwise, UltraTax CS marks the No
checkbox. Enter the number or select from the dropdown list.

Are you substantially engaged in providing management, administrative, or distribution services to an investment company as such terms are defined in Administrative Code section 11-642(b)(1-a)?

Enter 1
if the corporation is providing management, administrative, or distribution services to an investment company. UltraTax CS marks the Yes
checkbox on the form. Otherwise, UltraTax CS marks the No
checkbox. Enter the number or select from the dropdown list.
