Nonresident filer
If the shareholder is a nonresident, enter a code from the following table or select the code from the dropdown list to indicate the nonresident filing type for the shareholder. If the shareholder is a nonresident, UltraTax CS defaults to nonresident income tax agreement required.

If the shareholder is a nominee, mark this checkbox to mark the appropriate field on Schedule K-1.

Use this for supplemental information specific to each shareholder and for items that are not pro-rata. If you have pro-rata items that need to be reported to each shareholder, use the
ALKSep

Title
Enter the title of the nonresident shareholder not included on the composite return. UltraTax CS transfers this information to Schedule NRA.
Schedule NRA optional agent
For nonresident shareholders not included on the composite return, enter the code for the optional agent from the following table or choose the code from the dropdown list. UltraTax CS transfers this information to Schedule NRA. If you leave this field blank, the optional agent section of Schedule NRA will be blank.
