Follow these steps to enter shareholder information for Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation.

Select File
, then Open Client
to open the S Corporation client.

Select View
, then Shareholder Information
.

Select the 2553
tab.

Enter the information to complete the shareholder consent.

Select Done
.

Select the Elections
folder, then the 2553
tab.

Enter the information to complete Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation.

You'll need to complete the Election to be effective for tax years beginning
