The shareholders’ consent information prints on Form 2553, page 2, part I, if there are 7 or fewer shareholders. If there are more than 7 shareholders, Form 2553, page 2, part I, will show ‘See Worksheet’ and the information will print on the Shareholders’ Consent Statement Worksheet, shown in the Consent Worksheet tab in the 2553 folder in forms view.
