Print Schedule K-1 instructions

Follow these steps to print Schedule K-1 instructions in the shareholder package for shareholders marked as 1040 clients.

Select Setup
, then 1120 Corporation
.

Select the Federal
tab, then Other Return Options
.

Select the Return Presentation
tab and mark the Print Schedule K-1 instructions when shareholder is a 1040 client (S Corp)
checkbox.

note

Mark As Required
for the shareholder package print condition in the Preparer collation to get the Shareholders' Schedule K-1 to print.

Mark As Required
for the Schedule K-1 instructions print conditions in the Government collation of the shareholder package.

This option doesn't affect printing the Schedule K-1 instructions for shareholders who aren't 1040 clients.
