Filing requirement of privilege tax returns
Starting with filing year 2024 (tax year 2023), the filing requirement for Forms PPT, CPT, and BPT-IN has changed. You don't need to file privilege returns if they have $100 or less due, and no refund due.
To force the forms to print on paper, select
Setup
, 1120 Corporation
, Alabama
, Other Return Options
, and mark the Force Privilege Tax return printing when no filing requirement
checkbox.
