Print final Form CPT/PPT
Entities registered with the Alabama Secretary of State's office are subject to the Business Privilege Tax through the year of dissolution, cancellation, or withdrawal from the state.
The
Alabama Business Privilege Tax
is filed and paid in advance. If an entity dissolved, canceled, or withdrew in the current year, they need to file a final Business Income Tax
return, they wouldn't need to file a Business Privilege Tax
return for the next year. You can still force Form CPT/PPT to print by marking the Force printing when final
field on the ALPT screen.
