The typical time frame that a state taxing agency processes and acknowledges an electronic file transmission varies. If you haven't received an acknowledgment after the time frame indicated in the following table, the ERO should contact the state for assistance. It is the ERO's responsibility to assure that all electronic files are acknowledged as accepted.
