Overview

Use this screen to force or delete all calculated statement items that the application includes in the printed statements for Sides 1 and 2 of Form 100 or 100W. These items are not displayed in the statement; however, they do appear in the printed statements. If you do
not
 want the application to transfer one or more of these items to a printed statement, delete or edit the items in this input screen.
The description for each item in this input screen is the description that appears on the printed statement. To view these items before printing, press CTRL+F to access the CA Forced Statement Items Worksheets from the Stmts folders. Press CTRL+I to switch back to the input screen.

If you want the application to transfer a specific item to a printed statement but don’t agree with the amount the application has used, enter the preferred amount in the box next to that item. Non-zero amounts entered are included in the printed statement and shown on the form calculations.
To delete an item from the printed statement, enter
0
 (zero) in the box next to that item. A deleted item is excluded from the printed statement and from the form calculations.
