Net operating loss for 1120 Delaware
Delaware limits the amount of net operating loss that can be carried back for any year to $30,000. As a result, if a client carries back a federal net operating loss greater than $30,000, the excess becomes a Delaware net operating loss carryforward for use in subsequent tax years.
