File a unitary return with pass-through members for 1120 Illinois
When the unitary group has C Corporation members and pass-through members (S Corporation and Partnership) the designated agent will file
Form IL-1120
, Schedule UB
, and Schedule UBNLD
on behalf of the C Corporation members of the group. The S Corporation and Partnership members are required to attach a copy of the Schedule UB the designated filed and their own IL-1120-ST or IL-1065.When the unitary group consists of all pass-through members (S Corporation and Partnership) the designated agent will file Form IL-1120-ST and Schedule UB. Each S Corporation and Partnership member is required to attach a copy of the Schedule UB the designated filed and their own IL-1120-ST or IL-1065.
