General Information

Foreign country code for Maine 2D
If the corporation’s address is a foreign country, enter the foreign country in this fieldview. Maine 2D specifications require the foreign country to be listed according to their specifications which don't necessarily correlate to the list of foreign countries provided by the IRS.
Initial return, if different from the federal 1120 screen

Select the reason for filing a final Maine return from the dropdown list. If the corporation is filing a final federal return, the

Enter the treasurer’s name and social security number in these fields. If these fields are blank, the information entered in the Officer’s compensation statement in the federal Inc screen is used.

Additional Information (C Corp)

Parent company employment identification number
Enter the parent company’s employer identification number for C Corporations if different from the corporation’s employer identification number. For consolidated C Corporations, the
Employer identification number
 field for the parent corporation in the MEAffil screen is used on a default basis.
