Community development assistance act credit
Enter the current year community development assistance act credit to be taken on Form 1120NF. The application uses this information to complete Form CDN.

When completing both Forms 1120NF and 1120-SN for the same corporation, enter the amount of the credit applicable to Form 1120NF on this screen and any amount of the credit to be passed through to the shareholders on the NECDN screen.
Total share of distributed credits
Enter the pass-through information for any credits received. The application uses this information to complete Form CDN, Part B.
Carryover Information
Use this section to enter any prior year community development assistance credits carried over. The application completes the NE CDN Credit Carryover Worksheet for Form 1120FN and uses the applicable total on Form CDN, Part A. The application will calculate the current year carryover, if applicable, and proforma the information to the next year.
