Enter the total distributions made to S Corporation shareholders, excluding those amounts determined to be returns or distributions of capital. The amounts entered are used on Form DP-9, allocated to the shareholders based on their ownership percentage. If this field is blank, but there are distributions at the federal level, the application applies the federal distribution amounts on Form DP-9, allocated by the ownership percentage.
