Net tax paid for shareholder by corporation
Form CS-401S, page 3, Sch. K, line 13, Net tax paid for shareholder by corporation (nonresidents only) and Form NC K-1, line 8, Nonresident's share of net tax paid by the S Corporation will only populate for nonresident shareholders who are marked to file a composite return.
To mark a shareholder to file a composite return:
- SelectView, thenShareholder Information.
- Go to theNorth Carolinatab and select3 Composite filerfrom theNonresident filerdropdown.
