General Information
Date return filed, if different from original due date
Enter the date of filing if you're filing the return late. If you leave this field blank, it defaults to the original due date of the return.

variable with the [date filed f/t]
variable in the filing instructions or filing instruction inserts. If you leave this field blank, the date defaults to the due date of the return (original or extended). Prior year tax
Enter the prior year's tax amount to calculate the underpayment penalty on pass-through entity Form IT/SD 2210.

The application calculates the pass-through entity Form IT/SD 2210 penalty for a short-year client.

The application prints pass-through entity Form IT/SD 2210 whenever a penalty exists, even though this is inconsistent with the form's instructions. If you mark the
Underpayment of estimated tax suppression
checkbox, pass-through entity Form IT/SD 2210 won't print. To suppress the penalty but print the form, enter X
in the Underpayment of estimated tax
