File RCT-101 for members of a federal consolidated group
Each member of the consolidated group that has PA nexus should file a separate RCT-101 and attach a separate federal proforma return to the corporate tax report. A corporation with 1 or more subsidiaries should attach a consolidated balance sheet that includes all foreign and domestic subsidiaries.
